How to make a Turkse Shakshuka with Bulgur and Feta
What you need:
2 Small Cans of Shakshuka or 1 Large Can of Shakshuka | Bulgur | Salt | Pepper
How to Make It:
• Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the package.
• Add salt and pepper once the bulgur is ready.
• Meanwhile, heat the shakshuka.
• Serve together and crumble some feta on top.
• Tip: Get extra fine bulgur from Turkish shops to save even more time.

1 Can of Lentil Soup | 1 Can of Hummus | Pita Bread | Cucumber | Water
How to Make It:
• Warm the pitas in a grill or oven.
• Dilute the soup with half a can of water and heat it up.

What you need:

How to Make It:
• Heat in a pot or in the microwave (not in the can!). Let the chicken or tuna cook until fully done.

Our participant from Senegal has developed a delicious version that is not too spicy, vegan, and filled with potatoes and carrots from the Dutch soil!
How to make Mafé with Couscous Salad
What you need: (2 people)
Couscous, cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, optional: mango. 1 can of mafé from Mixblik.
How to Make It:
• Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
• Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and fruit into small pieces.
• Mix with the couscous and season with salt and pepper.
• Serve together, enjoy your meal!
